Brian Binley’s speech at PACE session on Rudy Salles report

Mr Brian Binley, member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has recommended to reject the Rudy Salles report, resolution and recommendation « Protection of minors against the excesses of sects », on 10th of April 2014. The resolution has been finally completely amended for the better and the recommendation has been rejected.
