Advocacy

EIFRF engages directly with the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, the OSCE, and other international institutions to defend and strengthen legal protections for freedom of religion or belief. Our representatives attend hearings, submit written contributions, and meet with decision-makers to advocate for strong FoRB standards.

Research and Publications

Our legal analyses, country reports, and policy briefs provide a rigorous evidence base for dialogue with institutions and civil society partners. We monitor legislative developments across Europe and publish expert analyses accessible to both specialists and the general public.

Interfaith Dialogue

We facilitate structured dialogue between religious communities, secular organisations, and governments to foster mutual understanding and shared solutions to threats to religious freedom. Our interfaith network spans faith communities across Europe and beyond.

FoRB Roundtable Brussels-EU

EIFRF coordinates the FoRB Roundtable Brussels-EU, a regular forum that connects civil society organisations working on freedom of religion or belief with EU institutions, including the European Parliament, the European Commission, and international bodies such as ODIHR.
